New site elevates Allison Crane image
Allison Crane & Rigging, one of Central Pennsylvania’s most recognized names in the heavy transport business, recently partnered with Sire Advertising for a redesign of the company Web site. Since its foundation in 1976, the bright yellow Allison Crane equipment has become an increasingly familiar trademark on the freeway and at job sites across the region.
As this momentum continues and the organization maintains steady growth, solidifying Allison’s brand image with a redesign of www.allisoncrane.com was key to organization’s marketing strategy. After meeting with company officials, Sire devised a multi-phased strategy for completion.
Because a new design was in order and some of the existing content was outdated, the first phase involved a redesign, content revisions, and additional features including a request form. During this phase, news, testimonials, and career opportunities pages were also added to make the site a more versatile selling tool for the organization. Later phases are scheduled to expand the current site to incorporate additional features.
Along with the development of the new site, Sire also created an Allison postcard designed to promote the organization’s various areas of specialties. Echoing the design scheme of the site, the postcards will be used as part of a direct mail campaign and will be mailed to perspectives in an effort to drive traffic to the site. Sire began working with Allison Crane in 2003. These projects mark the latest efforts in a history of projects designed to increase company awareness and boost the return on investment.
