Copper Beech launches new site

State College—Designed to complement current marketing materials and incorporate recently added townhome communities, the new Copper Beech Townhomes Web site was recently launched by Sire Advertising.

A national property management firm, Copper Beech owns and operates townhome communities in eight different locations across the United States. Copper Beech’s facilities and services have evolved over the past year, and communicating with a growing number of tenants has been an increasing priority. To meet this need, Sire suggested using the Web site as a marketing tool, which would allow Copper Beech to speak to students across the nation with a consistent message.

Existing or potential tenants may use the site as an informative tool and have the opportunity to download rate sheets and rental applications. Everything from amenities, floor plans, and driving directions to local maps and bus routes can be found on the new site. The major updates include the addition of six new Copper Beech communities and the related details pertaining to each new location. The new site also allows users to easily get in touch with property representatives via e-mail or phone.

In addition to launching the new site, Sire has continued to implement Copper Beech’s strategic marketing plan, which has included the development of property brochures, trade show materials, and the coordination of promotional items including property T-shirts.
