Futer Brothers launches TV campaign
YorkA fixture of downtown York since 1932, Futer Brothers
Jewelers has earned its position as one of the York area's most
respected fine jewelry specialists. Equally loyal to its customers
and to the future of its community, the family-owned Futer Brothers
has also earned a reputation as a business which makes sure that
what is best for Futer Brothers is best for the city of York.
To simultaneously promote its unparalleled service and the revitalization
effort currently underway in York, Futer Brothers began considering
a new promotional campaign in mid-2003. After discussing a number
of marketing options, Futer Brothers and Sire Advertising decided
on leading off the new Futer Brothers campaign with a TV spot focused
on the many shopping and dining opportunities within downtown York
and the role Futer Brothers plays as one of the downtown area's
oldest businesses. Entitled "The Best Way to Get to Futer Brothers,"
the new 30-second commercial features a number of prominent York
specialty shops and eateries, culminating with a stop at the Futer
Brothers showroom.
Following the production of the "Best Way" TV spot, Sire
began work on a Futer Brothers print ad series slated to coincide
with the 2003 holiday season. Campaign components scheduled for
2004 include additional print advertising, in-store sales brochures,
and event-specific point-of-purchase materials.
