Campaign boosts national exposure for life coach
Lewisburg—With more than 25 years of experience as a life coach and professional speaker, Kip Flock partnered with Sire Advertising to develop a branding strategy designed to professionally fortify his corporate image.
At the heart of the campaign was the development of Kip’s new logo. Conceptually, the identity was a visual representation of elation—the uplifting feeling Kip’s clients experience as a result of achieving balance and harmony in life. A corresponding font that was light, airy, and approachable was selected as part of the type treatment. The logo later received an accolade for outstanding design and is slated to be published in the 2007 edition of American Corporate Identity.
Following the identity design was the development of two corporate brochures, one to promote Kip’s professional life coaching services and one to promote the personal life coaching services. The brochure development appropriately followed a curvilinear, free flowing design scheme. Photos illustrating harmony within all aspects of life were combined with insightful questions designed to encourage perspective clients to question their situations and make a change for the better.
In addition to the brochures, Sire designed Kip’s stationery package, which included business cards, letterhead, and standard envelopes. The new stationery was key to achieving an increased level of professionalism through Kip’s business correspondence.
Essential to nearly every marketing campaign is the development of a user-friendly and educational Web site. Kip’s marketing plan was no exception. Beginning with a site map, Sire developed a Web and e-commerce strategy that would allow Kip to market his various services across the nation. Through the site, users are able to purchase products including DVDs and signup for Kip’s upcoming seminars via PayPal®. Because many of Kip’s services are not restricted to clients within the area, the Web was an ideal outlet to promote Kip’s areas of expertise on a widespread basis.
Sire also partnered with Kip to promote an upcoming seminar he is hosting with renowned theologian John Bradshaw. As part of a direct mail campaign, Sire developed a trifold brochure with response panel and added online registration capabilities to the Web site. A variety of marketing and promotional strategies are also underway to support the event.
