Liqueur label earns national award
Sire received a National Award of
Excellence for the Naisha Honey
Liqueur package design.
NEW YORK—Sire Advertising was recognized with a National Award of Excellence for the Naisha Honey Liqueur package design in Graphic Design USA’s American Package Design Awards Competition in New York City.
Sire was selected to develop custom, vintage-style packaging as part of the product’s branding. The nostalgic design positions the product as an appealing, top-shelf liqueur that can be enjoyed right out of the bottle or as part of a mixed drink. The centerpiece of the packaging design is a restored photograph of the woman to whom the product is named after, with a subtle background of honeycombs to accentuate the liqueur’s origins. An accompanying seal was also designed to fit over the bottle’s cork closure for added style and security.
The liqueur, which was originally developed as a party favor by Anna Marie Sossong, of Harrisburg, is expected to be available regionally in the near future.
Sire’s packaging design for Naisha Honey Liqueur will be featured in the forthcoming publication American Package Design Awards Annual, set to be released in March of this year.
