Sire Advertising wins healthcare marketing award

The Healthcare Marketing Report recently announced Sire Advertising as a winner in the Twenty-Third Annual Healthcare Advertising Awards competition. Sire was recognized for the team’s work with the recent television campaign for Columbia Montour Home Health & Hospice, located in Bloomsburg, PA.

The two award winning spots were part of a strategic 12-month campaign that ran on a select group of cable stations, which were chosen based on core demographics, frequency, and reach. This cost-effective program was geared toward attracting a captive audience of viewers who were deemed to benefit from hospice services in the Central Pennsylvania target area.

This recognition is the second consecutive merit awarded to Sire through the Healthcare Marketing Report, sponsor of the awards competition. In 2005, Sire was recognized for development of Closer Look, Sunbury Community Hospital’s quarterly newsletter.

The Healthcare Advertising Awards competition is the oldest and most prestigious healthcare advertising awards competition, with over 175,000 entries submitted across the nation. Sire was selected to receive this award by a national panel of healthcare marketers, advertising creative directors, healthcare consultants, marketing professionals, and the editorial board of Healthcare Marketing Report. Winning entries were selected based on creativity, marketing execution, and impact of message.
