NCPGA site gets players closer to the game

Lewisburg—An Internet resource which provides amateur golfers across Pennsylvania with access to NCPGA news stories, tee times, tournament results, and more, the North Central Pennsylvania Golf Association Web site (www.ncpga.net) also allows NCPGA staff members to quickly update site information at their convenience. The NCPGA site additionally offers visitors a number of ways to stay abreast of NCPGA happenings and remain in touch with the organization: an Information Center provides access to NCPGA programs and services; a Lesson Tee offers free instructional advice and information on rules and regulations; and a Quick Links section provides answers to frequently asked questions concerning eligibility requirements, event registration, and NCPGA privilege cards.

Stage one of a two-step strategy, the NCPGA Web site provides the NCPGA with a new level of flexibility and gives site visitors access to a host of exciting new site features. Stage two, slated to begin later this year, will require Sire Advertising’s involvement in the acquisition of new site sponsors and the addition of new banner advertising throughout the NCPGA site.
