New campaign solidifies Ruback image

SHAMOKIN, Pa.—A growing business with two Pennsylvania locations, Ruback & Associates LLC, a property-adjusting firm, partnered with Sire Advertising to launch a strategic marketing campaign that would increase overall awareness and solidify a professional image for the organization.

First things first, Sire kicked off the campaign with the development of a corporate logo. A visual representation of the organization's experience in the insurance industry, the logo represents Ruback & Associate’s commitment to customer service on multiple levels. The core of the design is a circular, multi-dimensional shape with an "R" at the center. Signifying a full-circle of coverage, dedication, and around-the-clock service, the Ruback logo embodies the dynamic nature of the insurance business and the necessity for a timely response.

Following the launch of the new logo, Sire designed a stationery package that would allow Ruback & Associates to communicate with clients and business associates on a professional level. Also part of the identity campaign, a corporate brochure was designed to give the sales team a memorable leave-behind piece while meeting with potential clientele.

As part of the campaign, Sire also developed a Web site that mirrored the same color and design, which was initiated with the logo. The new online presence serves as a virtual brochure, which gives visitors a taste of the organization’s mission and commitment to equitable claims adjustment. Interested clients can simply e-mail a representative through the site for more information on potential claims.

Sire also designed vehicle graphics to allow Ruback & Associates to capitalize on the large population of consumers-on-the-go. Graphics prominently displayed the logo and contact information.

Promotional items are yet another cost-effective name recognition device. To increase overall awareness, Sire designed a number of promotional items, which included apparel, mugs, pens, and more were designed for staff and to be given away to potential and current customers.
