Site launch wraps up identity campaign

Savidge Housing Group Web site

The recent launch of www.savidgehousinggroup.com completes phase one of the organization’s initial identity campaign. After a strategic planning meeting with Savidge Housing Group, Sire Advertising devised a comprehensive marketing plan that started with logo/identity design and included implementing a corporate Web site.

Because Savidge is a developer that offers commercial and residential rental properties and new home construction, establishing a logo that represented Savidge as a comprehensive real estate provider was key. With various design scheme and color combinations, Sire developed a comprehensive selection of logo concepts.

Once the logo/identity was selected, Sire created a stationery package utilizing key design elements from the new logo. The package included letterhead, second sheet, business cards, and standard and catalog envelopes. With an established consistency among all components, the stationery package gave Savidge a professional and consistent means to communicate with potential renters, homebuyers, and business partners.

In addition to the stationery package, Sire also designed note cards and a custom fax cover sheet. The note cards offered a personal touch that allows Savidge to handwrite a follow-up or thank you message to existing or prospective clients while the fax cover sheet is one more way Savidge is able to maintain a consistent brand and build a strong identity within the communities they server.

Sire also designed exterior office signage as well as site signage for Pheasant Ridge, a Savidge development. As the campaign unfolded, Sire simultaneously designed and developed www.savidgehousinggroup.com. In addition to standard company information, the site serves an important resource for potential local renters looking for available properties. Via the Savidge site, users can search for options based on rent, bedrooms, bathrooms, and more. As an added feature, users can request notification if a desired property is unavailable.

As a cost-savings measure, Sire created a content-managed site that allows Savidge personnel to easily make updates through a custom online application. New properties can be added, edited, or deleted. Photos accompany each listing as well. Interested renters can be directed to the new site via an ad or brochure. The new site allows Savidge to direct new inquiries to the Web site, allowing staff to spend more time helping potential clients locate the right residence.
