Henninger & Buttorff join Sire team
Sire Advertising is pleased to announce the addition of two new employees to firm’s creative team. Now on board as Senior Web Developer, Bob Henninger brings nearly ten years of web development, web design, and graphic design experience to the table. Henninger’s areas of expertise stretch skyward and beyond to encompass everything from traditional print and corporate identity promotion to product labeling and multimedia presentation. Henninger possesses one of the area’s finest levels of technical expertise and a creative personality that defines unique.
Before his employment with Sire, Henninger worked as a Graphic Designer and Web Developer for the Shop-Vac® Corporation, as Senior Web Designer/Developer at MarginPoint, and Graphic Designer at The Barash Group.
Henninger lives in Jersey Shore with his wife Jody, daughter Cassie, and his son Auston. When he’s not practicing his design talents, Bob can be caught noodling on his guitar and tin whistles or choreographing a crash course for his stunt kite hobby. Warm weather lures the Henninger family to the sun and sand while weekend adventures include art projects, bicycling, and outdoor games.
The second edition to Sire’s creative force is Sumer Buttorff, who joined the department as a copywriter this past January following an internship with the firm. Buttorff graduated Suma Cum Laude from Lock Haven University in 2003 with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications and an emphasis on Public Relations and Advertising. As a student, Buttorff was Features editor, arts writer, and columnist for the University’s publication “The Eagle Eye.”
Her meaningful leisure pursuits include a passion for travel, fitness, art, and music. This ardor for adventure and art history prompted her recent backpacking excursion through parts of Europe including: Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic, and Italy. When not engaged in writing, Buttorff can be spotted at the Market Street Subway. A retired vegetarian, she now orders a ham and turkey breast sub on hearty Italian with ranch dressing, extra pickles, and extra black olives. Ask her, and she’ll tell you…there’s nothing better than a Subway cookie, well… except maybe a Volkswagen commercial.
Sire welcomes our new additions, and we are inspired by the colorful talents and exceptional personality they bring to our team and to the clients we serve.
