Sire takes top honors in national design competition
NEW YORK—Sire Advertising was the recipient of 11 national Awards of Excellence as part of the 2008 Graphic Design USA competition in New York City. Sire’s creative team received awards in the Web site, brochure, logo, and direct mail categories, bringing the agency’s total number of design awards to nearly 80 in just six years.
The competition recognizes works of all kinds and across all media, and spotlights areas of excellence and opportunity for creative professionals in a variety of disciplines.
Sire’s winning entries included Web sites for Setebaid Services, Brodart Creative, and Keystone Potato Products; brochures for Brodart Contract Library Furniture, Brodart Books, Brodart Creative, Kreamer Feeds, Koroseal Interior Products; a logo for Companions in Hope; and a direct mail campaign for Susquehanna University. The winning entries are eligible for reproduction in the Graphic Design USA Awards Annual, published in December, which will be seen by an estimated 100,000 at ad agencies, graphic design firms, corporations, publishers, and others during the course of the year.
