Modular Structures of Pennsylvania

Incorporated in 1991, Modular Structures of Pennsylvania, Inc. provides 15 Mid-Atlantic states with a number of custom modular home lines. Commissioned to generate new opportunity in both existing sales territories and new markets, Sire Advertising began work on a new MSI marketing approach in early 2003. Completed projects include a new MSI logo and a five-brochure sales package; work slated for late 2003 includes a print and direct-mail campaign designed to tie in with MSI’s innovative new direction.
