Copper Beech Townhomes
Recently, Copper Beech has embarked on a nationwide effort that will expand its communities from coast to coast. As in the past, Copper Beech has looked to Sire to develop marketing materials to promote new and upcoming communities. Thus far, Sire has created location-specific brochures for communities in State College, PA; Indiana, PA; and West Lafayette, IN. The updated brochures mirror the current corporate identity and incorporate a concise overview of locations, floorplans, and amenities at each location. As part of Copper Beech’s comprehensive marketing plan, upcoming efforts include the production of three new brochures to market new properties.
