Ashford Homes

Beginning with identity development, Sire Advertising has worked closely with Ashford Homes to create an increased awareness in the regional market through a newspaper campaign and the introduction of a new Ashford Web site. With the Ashford three-ad series, Sire took a unique approach to re-introducing the Ashford name into the target markets. Both the imagery and ads feature the lifestyle aspect and concentrate on the "role" a home plays in life of a family while still addressing the quality of products and level of customer service. In addition, Sire initiated the creation of an illustration that would visually translate and personify Ashford's reputation for having friendly builders and standing behind their hassle-free promise.

Since the newest marketing strategy has been in place, Ashford has experienced an increase in sales with at least six walk-ins per day.
