One of the area’s premier manufacturers of modular homes, MSI (Modular Structures of PA, Inc.) teamed with Sire Advertising to design a number of the company’s product brochures. To allow
MSI sales representatives to easily present the various modular solutions, Sire suggested the creation of an MSI padfolio. This custom-designed folder was especially engineered to present MSI’s various living options. Geared toward enhancing MSI’s dealer network, Sire also designed
a three-panel direct mail piece with a perforated edge and comment return form. The piece maintained the recognized MSI theme established with the development of the product brochures. |
