Brodart Contract Library Furniture
Two thousand seven has been an exciting year for Brodart Furniture and Sire Advertising alike. In addition to receiving recognition from a number of national award programs, Brodart and Sire Advertising teamed to promote the launch of Brodart’s newest collection, the 2be! Table Series. Unlike furniture lines before its time, the 2be! Series is based on a modular design to give libraries the freedom to create various table configurations with or without dividing panels.
The new line was first introduced at the NSSEA tradeshow in Chicago where it received an overwhelming response among the dealers. In preparation for the event, Sire coordinated and directed product photography, which was incorporated into a teaser brochure to launch the series. The sheer individuality of the line and the stand-apart layout of the brochure created a buzz among tradeshow goers. Measuring 6” x 6”, the nontraditional brochure offered an overview of the line, essential product details, and more. Sire also designed a series of tradeshow banners to promote the new line as Brodart entered the 2007 show season.
This year Brodart also launched a new chair collection. Designed to offer libraries stylish, but affordable seating options, the Entry Chair Collection was introduced with the help of an attractive product brochure designed by Sire.
Another key part of Brodart’s marketing strategy is the organization’s corporate Web site. In order to keep the image fresh and the content in-tune with the newest offerings, Sire re-designed www.brodartfurniture.com in early 2007. The updated design offers a fresh look at Brodart’s product offerings and incorporates a number of enhanced features.
When arriving to the new site, visitors are greeted with many opportunities to quickly locate popular points of interest. New products are featured as well as news articles, installations, and more. Additionally, Sire continues to develop the e-newsletter Furnish the Times, which is an important communication tool that allows Brodart to connect to dealers on a routine basis. |
