Copper Beech Townhome Communities

Sire Advertising’s long-term partnership with Copper Beech Townhome Communities, a State College, Pennsylvania-based company, continued into 2008 with the launch of the organization’s new Web presence. Since Sire developed the original site in 2004, the organization grew from just several student townhome communities to a nationwide network with 17 locations. This growth spurred the need for a site architecture that would support the organization’s widespread audience, serve as a marketing tool for the organization, and become a valuable resource for students. The new design concept made its way into the organization’s brochures, which Sire also designed. The unique size was horizontal in format and featured photography of a variety of the townhome amenities and three-dimensional floorplans. Sire also designed artwork for several retractable banner stands, which are used at tradeshows throughout the year.
