Web Project Manager

In an atmosphere where creative juices run freely and artistic talents are nurtured to their fullest, project timeframes and schedules play an equally important role in client satisfaction. Sire Advertising is seeking an experienced and motivated project manager to steer our Web projects through the production process from concept to fruition.

As projects move through the pipeline, the Web manager would be responsible for ensuring the end result is delivered on schedule and on budget. Collaboration with the project team during the process is essential. The project manager will always be at the forefront, actively working with the account team to establish strategies and solutions that meet client requirements and address end user needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with creative staff to ensure appropriate tasks are assigned and completed on schedule
• Play an active role in project activities, collaborating on the content and presentation of deliverables to ensure relevancy, strategy, quality, and timeliness
• Lead regular project meetings to keep team members on track and abreast of deadlines
• Partner with account team to help estimate costs and timing for tasks involved in follow through
• Create and maintain documentation such as estimates, project outlines, status reports, revenue forecasts, and invoicing

Minimum Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years Web project management experience
  
• Minimum of 2 years working in an agency environment
  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
  
• Facilitation, organizational, and program management skills
  
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage complex workloads
  
• Search engine optimization experience – a plus
  
• Proficiency with MS Office
  
• Detail oriented – accuracy counts!
  
• Ability to work in a team environment

Minimum Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
