Sumer Buttorff-Beatty
Copy Director & Project Manager
Since joining the Sire team in October of 2003, Sumer has been involved in all aspects of the creative process. Currently positioned as Copy Director, she works closely with Shawn to provide creative lead for the development of both traditional and Web projects. On a daily basis, her responsibilities focus on delivering highly targeted and thought provoking concepts to be carried out in a number of creative mediums including print, broadcast, direct mail, public relations, and web. As a member of the senior creative team, she enjoys a fusion of tasks including concepting, writing, proofreading, estimating, quality control, and client communications.
When not engaged in writing, Sumer’s idle time is awash with exercise, good books, road trips, and outdoor adventures. Amidst the busyness of her career and leisure pursuits, she reserves ample time for relaxation and moments well spent with her friends and family. Sumer resides in Williamsport with her husband Justin and baby Spencer.
